Under the Electricity Industry (Enforcement) Regulations 2010, the Rulings Panel is required to have performance objectives and report to the Electricity Authority on its activities.

The Chair of the Electricity Authority and the Chair of the Rulings Panel have agreed on the following performance objectives for the Rulings Panel.
